As Vice President, Managing Director & Creative Director of The Souza Agency, Inc., Roseanne S. Souza designed Conscience Warriors™. She brings over 35 years experience in creative communications and consistently delivers award-winning results to clients in faith-based organizations and multiple other industries, including real estate development, construction, engineering, youth sports, law, tourism, and community service non-profits.
Roseanne’s formal education spanned three Catholic schools: St. John The Evangelist in Silver Spring, MD; high school at The Academy of the Holy Names in Silver Spring, MD; and, was a Magna Cum Laude graduate from Immaculata College of Washington DC with the highest GPA. Her resourcefulness and focus, along with her love of Catholic social teaching, move us to deliver an expanding array of communications services that work in any environment.
For many years of service to the tourism industry, she was honored as the 1998 Tourism Person of the Year by the Maryland Tourism Council. Roseanne has also served, from 2012 to 2019, as the Executive Director of the Maryland Tourism Education Foundation, Inc. This 501(c)(3) Charitable Foundation, founded in 2003, provides customer service classes — Maryland Smiles, Hospitality Maryland Style, and Maryland Taxi Host — to front line employees and awards yearly higher education scholarships to tourism and hospitality professionals.
